Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern the use of the website and direct bookings at the properties managed by Dama Srls (Via Dante 97 - 70122 Bari, Italy, VAT no. 08584110723).

1. Who we are and scope

Dama Bed & Breakfast manages accommodation in Bari (bed & breakfasts and tourist rentals). These terms apply to bookings made through this website; for bookings made on third-party platforms the platform's own terms also apply.

2. How booking works

  • Choose property, room, dates and number of guests and send your request. Prices are in euro and include what is stated on the listing.
  • A request is an offer to contract: the booking is confirmed only once you receive our confirmation email. Until then availability is not guaranteed.
  • Please provide accurate and complete details for all guests: they are also needed for legal guest-registration duties.

3. Prices, payment and tourist tax

Payment methods and any deposit are stated in the confirmation. The tourist tax, where due, is not included in the price and is paid according to the City of Bari rules.

4. Check-in and check-out

Arrival and departure times are shown on each property's page and in the confirmation. For late arrivals please contact us in advance and we will arrange to welcome you.

5. Changes and cancellation

Terms for changes, cancellation and any refund are those stated in the booking confirmation. In case of no-show without notice, the booking may be charged as stated in the confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

6. House rules

Please follow the rules on the property page (for example no smoking, quiet hours, maximum number of guests). Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property and furnishings.

7. Use of the website

Texts, images and marks on the site belong to Dama Srls or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. We strive to keep information up to date, but errors or availability changes may occur.

8. Liability

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. public utility outages, force majeure), except where the law provides otherwise.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile apply, if in Italy. For complaints write to info@damabnbbari.it.
